Who just bought the house behind our pi phi house?

DKE got it. But they don’t have the full house. Apparently they only have a few guys in it. And they’ll probably lose it soon, because they are trying to make that house a historical site. I was told they got the biggest room, and every other room is locked. Kinda funny

I don’t think they will lose it tbh. It use to be a frat house back in the 60-70s to SAE and if the turn a old frat house... turned Buddha low income house a historic landmark that would just be stupid. Props to them
