While it helps to see everyone's views, this situation is more complex than "keep him in office regardless" or "take him out of office regardless." Both of those options are not the fairness that both sides of this are arguing for. If ZBT knows what is best for them, they will have him step down until the case is resolved and they can take the court's decision and vote on what to do from there as a chapter.
