phi mu house updates?

When is Phi Mu getting a house/where are they in the process to get one? Does anyone who lurks here know any info on it

No national sorority is going to buy a brand new chapter a house now (especially where the standard is multimillion dollar valued homes). Phi mu will have to establish that they are doing fine numbers wise for a while before a house will be bought.
