As a guy in a fraternity,

I just wanted to thank all of you for taking the biggest and nicest houses in Boulder. I’m glad that ur dads credit card can buy out all the frats, limiting the number of nice houses we can all party in!

Sorry might’ve gone to hard there... at least you put those massive common rooms to use once a week on Mondays for the Bachelor.
