Fiji and Theta Chi are both above the bottom ranks. Fiji’s 2years in and Theta Chi is 1 year in and they’re both already more solid than the rest of this list

I’d say all the ones in the Top deserve to be out of the “bottom list” TKE, Fiji, and Theta Chi all have been very solid.

Agree that Fiji and Theta Chi are definitely mid tier houses. Both are only a year or two old, brothers are chill, lit parties - all they need are better houses. Heard Theta Chi is getting a house next year - if that happens they gonna move up
