real sorority ranking

In all honesty this is probably the most accurate type of ranking you can find on here that isn't super opinionated.
Top tier: A Phi, DG, Pi phi
in alphabetical order. each frat is going to like one of the top tiers more than another and its really just personal choice which house is number one, but these three definitely make up the top houses. each PC in these have a good amount of attractive and nice girls who go out.
middle tier: Chi O, Kappa
these are also in alphabetical order but i believe thats a pretty accurate ranking of the three
bottom middle tier: G Phi, Theta
bottom tier: AXO, DDD, Phi Mu
the arguments on here of one house being top does even make sense because quite honestly all three houses rush the exact same girls, and a huge percent of the girls in Pi Phi, DG, and Aphi all pref'd two of the three of the top houses, meaning the mix of girls in each sorority are generally girls who can be in any top house, they chose which they wanted.

So, not so much.
Pi Phis are hot and cool.
So are DGs (maybe not as model type)
XO has many attentive, cool women
APhi took bad pledge class. Not a fan.
Theta took good pledge class. Smart and fun.
KKG is ok with mix of some pretty girls with really sharp girls.
That’s all I know.

yo whack out. diz ain’t da truth et all. ChiO and DGs gettin weaker by the year. APhi and PiPhi r as hot as it gets and no 1 else getz close to da hotties in da phis.

dg did not have a bad pledge this year. im in a midtier and i think pi phi and dg got the best pc's this year...aphi is good but still not top yet

dg had the worst pc out of the top three this year. unfortunately another batch of mediocre mean girls. i know y’all can do better than this :(
in my experience with their new pc aphi had a really strong rush this year! heard about a lot of girls who were between them and pi phi this year.
