has more cali girls and chi o is more southern. pi phis are known to be big partiers among the elite fraternities and chi os have a notorious hard pledgeship. If you can get in either of these you'll be set for the next 4+ years for sure.

Okay calm down haha DG chi o and pi phi are the top three houses you'll be able to see that pretty clearly during recruitment. Alpha phi puts on a great show but will remain weird middle tier girls for at least the next four years.
