what is second look rush

after pref night but before bid day there is second look rush. What is that. I thought it was just pref night and then they decide if you get a bid.

pretty sure that's for if a house doesnt get enough pledges from pref, they'll open up to anyone who didn't get a pref invite

House leadership gets a list of everyone that didn't get a bid and houses can choose to invite guys back and they'll get a second look
