Pref Night rankings:

1. Chi O
2. Alpha Phi
3. DG
4. Pi Phi

5. GPhi
6. Theta
7. Kappa

8. AXO
9. DDD

Seriously there is definitely a top 4 at CU and there is no reason to fight that because all the girls in Chi O, Alpha Phi, DG, and Pi Phi are are pretty, smart, and fun party girls. The middle tier houses definitely have a stronger sisterhood but the top tier were 'those girls' in high school. They all party together at the top houses and get along, so trying to say they aren't top is just silly. Honestly these are the rush rankings, but the top houses are preferences from one person to the next. Someone may think the Chi O's are the hottest, but dating an Aphi, living next to DG, and best friends with a Pi Phi, it all depends. PNM's should take greek rank with a grain of salt because all the houses have amazing women, and if you are really concerned about making it into a 'top house' you should realize you don't need to be just one sorority to be top. Every top house is the top in their own way.

agreed, i have my favorite 'top houses' but there is no denying those are all the top 4

the houses in each tiers are interchangeable depending on what the pnm is looking for

Every house has amazing women, so for the person who said if you don't get in one of the top 4 (their opinion of course), then drop. Do not drop....this tier system is a joke and every house has wonderful qualities and great girls where you can find a great home and wonderful friends.

No true... A Phi has never been considered a top tier house but they're great girls all the same. Chi O's are gorgeous and most are really fun but they have the lowest retention rate of all the top tier houses.
