Pi Phi is definitely a top tier house but not as untouchable as they like to say they are. PNMs, choose what house you like the best but don’t believe posts like this that puts ANY house as the undisputed top...it’s always up to personal opinion and what house fits you the best.

pi phi is a good house but it’s not it’s own tier lol. I know girls including myself who dropped pi phi during rush for other top houses

individual rankings within tiers really don’t work because personal preference for different aspects of the houses will always put the houses in different spots. you could consider one the number one house while other people will consider it third, but the top three are undisputed
