small houses

Does anyone know much about the newer IFC houses? I know there are new ones that are affiliated with the university, but people have told me not to join those. Nobody says much about the small houses on here that are part of the IFC.

New small ifc on the hill houses are a safe bet if you don't think you can get into established houses. you will still be able to party and make connects with other guys in ifc on the hill frats. don't go uni affiliated.
