fraternities and their reps from girl perspective

Only gonna talk about relevant houses. Not in any order.

Kappa Sig: One of the top houses. Lots of meatheads and hot guys. Used to throw amazing parties but not really sure what happened. Huge house. Six months ago I would have said that they're #1 but they didn't rush well (at least based on the younger looking guys at Jungle) and don't throw many castle parties; would rather go to Pi Kapp or SAE on a given night over Kappa Sig but that could also change in a semester.

Pi Kapp: Another top house. Hottest guys in my opinion. Terrible physical house in a terrible location. Enjoy going there the most (best music, best-looking people, etc.) of any house but I hate their physical house so much ugh. They haven't had a jersey tuesday in a while but they're usually a lot of fun, as are their tailgates. Usually you could pick out a Kappa Sig b/c they're big, but generally if you see a hot guy with brown hair it's a Pi Kapp.

SAE: Another top house. Pretty good house setup in a really good location. Fun day parties and tailgates. Their fair share of hot guys and I would probably like it more if I was from SoCal, but I don't have anything negative to say really. "mold" is a skater SoCal kid.

Theta Xi: Nothing special really. Pretty fun tailgates, but I don't think there's a "mold" for Theta Xi guys like SAE, Pi Kapp, Kappa Sig, or even Sig Pi. Not a great house set-up but it's in a great location.

Sig Nu: Pretty good-looking guys but nothing much after that. Amazing house-setup, and I don't understand why they aren't considered a top house (probably comes down to not being able to rush well idk). There's not really a "mold" for the guys in the house.

Sig Ep: Nothing special. Great location for a house but they've had a lot of issues and don't think the guys are hot or super cool.

Sig Pi: Don't like the guys or think they're special but Wine Wednesday (RIP) was fun and they have an incredible house. I have heard their pledgeship is hard but don't really know why anybody would subject themselves to that for this house. Just my opinion though. Also had issues last semester with news stories and whatnot.

Chi Psi: Nothing special. Don't throw many parties and don't think the majority of guys are good looking. Amazing house. Probably the best physical house when considering location and the house itself.
