Pretty accurate ranking. I’m sure a lot of people will disagree with this , but I was honestly super impressed with gammas pc this year and I’d say they may be a solid middle tier house ranked similar to kappa and theta. It’s nice to see some bottom tier houses finally start to creep their way up. Also don’t see alpha phi being significantly higher than Xo but everyone has a different opinion .

i agree that aphi is not higher than chio. if we are taking everything into account (not only looks) aphi is definitely below chio, just by a little. aphi’s looks tend to keep them from sinking into the middle tier, but everything else they lack keeps them from being solidly high tier.
