Heres my take as someone who's no longer involved in greek life
pi phi/ dg
chi o/ a phi (depending on if you like girls with actual personalities or someone who's just hot)
kappa
theta / gphi
axo
phi mu
tri delt

Wouldn’t really consider dg tied with pi phi. Pi phi is the top house as of now although rankings change with each pc. Chi o and aphi aren’t middle tier. Anyone on campus will tell you they are both relevant top tier houses , yet this year aphi has seemed to go down in the ranks. Dg and chi o are very similar houses and one isn’t signically above the Other. Below pi Phi it’s chi o aphi and dg which are all considered top houses. The order of that depends on who you ask and what the pc is like. Below that would be kappa/theta/Gphi( they had a really good pc this year I think bringing them up to middle tier ) below that axo phi mu and Tri delt all pretty irrelevant .
