This is the top house at CU. The girls are festival girls, which in a way makes the classiness factor go down a bit, because they are not as polished and have a more hippy vibe. While they are not very friendly, are extremely judgmental and non-inclusive to outsiders (other greeks and non-greeks), within the house, it is not as bad. They can be petty sometimes. They enjoy a high level of popularity with fraternities.

Lol someone sounds a little jealous, pi phi is the best in basically every aspect of sorority life. That is why they are top.
