sorority retention
by: wonder#1 by: Frat w friends in houses.
A phi and dg had the best this year, but pi phi typically has among the best retention too. Chi o’s is also pretty decent, although not as good as a phi and dg....Kappa, theta, axo, and tri delt have the worst. All of those 4 houses lose more than a third of their pledge class from freshman year, easily, if not more.

I’m a senior in a top tier frat and can tell you that’s not true. I don’t really know many girls in axo or tri delt but can tell you a ton of girls in kappa and theta have dropped since sophomore year. Definitely a third of the pledge class if not more and that’s pretty consistent for both.

If I’m being honest with you all, it literally doesn’t matter what house you are in after you become a junior. You’ve made friends and do your own thing/don’t live in the house so people don’t care about that. The “image” of what house you are in doesn’t matter so that’s why a lot of girls in all different houses drop.

I’d say the opposite of that. The “top” houses always have so many members drop because they realize how bad the sisterhood is.
