should i avoid sigpi?

Sounds like sigpi is considered a pretty solid house here, but it also sounds like they’re 100% losing their house to phidelt in the next year or two. Are they even gonna be around after that or would rushing them be like jumping on a sinking ship

As someone who personally knows one of the owners of that house (he’s one of my dad’s best friends), that’s a lie. Sigpi is getting the boot as soon as their lease is over
