pi kapps new house

does anyone know if pi kapp is getting sig pi's house or a new house. i feel like they would be a top tier if they had a nice house that also is not too far.

they are not getting a new house and they will never be a top tier

They are not getting rid of their house and are not getting sigma pi’s house as they lease their house for a multi-year contract
