why do all the frat houses suck
by: CuriousLike the physical houses, kappa sig, sig Pi, chi Psi, and sig Nu are the only oned with true frat mansions why do the restaurant suck when the sororitys all have mansions, also why is there not a Greek row like most schools

sororitys only have one house while most fraternities have multiple annexes as well as a main house. It also comes down to numbers cuz sororities can have up to 315 girls in their chapter so they definitely need more space than a 100 person fraternity

But why don’t both have mansions like it is at most colleges, also why is there no greek row

Frats prob don’t have mansions cuz Greek life isn’t a big thing at cu so alums won’t shell out the money it would cost to renovate the houses to be hella nice. There isn’t a Greek row prob cuz real estate here is so expensive and the Greek community (alums nationals etc) don’t think shelling out millions of dollars to relocate their house and buying out other houses to make a “Greek row” is worth it

I know, I’m just asking why especially why the sororitys all have traditional mansions but the frats dont
