It's probably easier getting a good bid. If you are from Colorado it's easier to get judged by the place you lived because we know most of the towns people come from and will know how much money and social status you have. If you are from the middle of no where oos it's harder to judge you based on that. If you are from a cool city oos you will have higher chances given you already meet other criteria the houses set.

theyre prob asking bc of the southern sorority stereotype that its impossible to get a top tier bid without knowing anyone/being a legacy/having connections
