They apparently had a recruitment infraction and every girl had to go in for a meeting to see if they were put on probation or suspension. Sucks for the new members who didn't know what they were getting into

dont know details but i heard the whole thing was more of a precaution due to something that happened at another kappa chapter a few years ago so their nationals was just being proactive to avoid something similar happening
