here's the most common ranking:

1)
Kappa sig/ sae/ Pi Kapp
Sig pi

2)
Phi psi/sig nu

3)SIg ep

5)theta xi, Chi psi

in my opinion

Top 3 are no doubt:
1) SAE/ Pi Kapp/ Kappa Sig

I've been to most of the fraternities a good amount of times and I think it's really hard to "rank" the one's after SAE/Pi Kapp/ Kappa Sig. It really comes down to preference.

2) Sig Pi/Sig Nu
Phi Psi/ Sig ep
(don't know why people think sig ep is "bottom tier". there are a lot of fun, good looking guys in this house who are fun to party with. might have that reputation because they don't have as many events with the "top" sororities)

3) Theta xi/ chi psi (theta xi has a lot of chill, cute guys. only ranked lower because it's not as traditional of a fraternity)\n\n\n\n\n

In no particular order within tiers...

Tier 1. Sigma Pi, SAE, Pi Kapp, Kappa Sig
Tier 2. Phi Psi/Sigma Nu
Tier 3. Theta Xi, Chi Psi, Sig Ep
Tier 4. Acacia, etc.

Sigma Pi is easily top tier... they're dry now but next year they will be back at the top no question, especially with being off probation and having an awesome past 2 pledge classes.
