Is it common for sororities to indirectly promise bids to girls on pref night?? Like say things like "I'll see you tomorrow"

It's wrong but I admit it's really hard sometimes to not accidentally say it. "I had a great time talking to you, see you- I mean, see you around school? Uh, bye!"

they can get in trouble for doing that. they are NOT allowed

They can say "I hope to see you tomorrow" and it isn't considered dirty rushing because the girl you are talking to probably does hope she sees you, but doesn't have individual power over who gets bids

Its against the rules. If this happened to you please report it, you likely arent the only one they said it to and it influences pnm decisions and DOES NOT mean you'll get a bid there.
