how to stand out at rush events

I'm a freshman guy and just went to the Greek fair and sig Nu BBQ and I'm super nervous I won't get any bids because there are so many guys and despite going out of my way to meet the guys I felt like I just blended in with the crowd and will be forgeten about come bud time. I'm looking to join either kappa sig, sig ep, or sig Nu but idk how to get a bid
