It depends on the terms of their probation. I'm not sure SigEp alumni will let SigEp take rushees, but we'll have to see come rush. There probation was in terms of hazing so that effects their ability even taking a fall class. They might be a dry house soon, but please check the facts on that one. Sig Nu and DKE are both coming off Social Probo. Sig Nu's was issued by the alumni and they should be allowed to have formals again this fall. DKE's sopro was issued by the IFC and they'll be able to throw down again this fall. Both houses can be rushed because they were only on social probation
