how to convince my parents to pay fraternity dues

They are really against even letting me rush but I convinced them to let me, but I feel like they will be difficult about willing to pay

You can get a part time job and pay for it yourself. Then you don't have to worry what they think

Pledge semester is always the most expensive. Dues vary between $750 and $1300 for a good house. I'd say get a job or ask the treasurer to write up a letter explaining where all of the dues are going and have them send that letter to your parents
