Very tight group of cool guys who throw great parties and have a really nice house, just are lacking quality annexes but that might change in the fall who knows! I expect them to get a pretty solid PC in the fall.

Go check it out for yourself in a month instead of using this stupid website. If you like it, cool. It's a good house. If you don't like it, go somewhere else that you like more.
