Is it true that Phi Delt is coming back? If so Sigma Pi is going to lose their house because Phi Delt owns the property :( please somebody tell me I'm wrong

Ur not wrong. Phi Delt would first have to re-charter with a certain amount of people, probably around 40-50 members before they could remove sig pi and move in. This same scenario happened a few years back when pi kapp was using phi taus house before phi tau came back. My guess is that sig pi won't get removed this year, but could in future years if Phi Delt makes progress. So for now the bangers will continue.

Yeah obviously the fraternity doesn't own it but their nationals do and are renting it out to sig pi. Same thing happened with phi tau and pi kapp a few years back
