Why and how is pi phi still top if they had to spring rush and no other top or middle houses had to, I think these ranks need to be re examined

Their nationals require them to participate in any formal recruitment put on by the University.

My sister is a pi phi and their nationals mad enough them. Pi phi is still a top house and always has been at cu. they were ranked on TFM. Jealous girls in other houses need to calm down.
