To be honest, literally nothing. All the chapters here have awesome members and a handful that are not. You won't find a real rank for each chapter because a universal rank does not exist. While all the chapters have stuff in common they are different, not better or worse, just different. People are different and like different things. A top house to some is a bottom house to others. That is why there is no real rank for a chapter. It is up to you or any individual to decide what and how they will rank the houses for what is right for them :)

Pretty much just ho selective they are during rush with guys, and how hot the girls at their parties are. Theoretically a middle tier house could throw just as big parties as a top tier one, the girls there just wouldnt be as hot.
