You get a letter under your door. If you haven't gotten one already you probably weren't chosen for pref night.

What if you live off campus?

How do they get into dorms? I'm a CA and I would probably get in trouble if I let you in, and if you waited in my lobby until someone opened a door, I'd be suspicious.

And what about off campus kids?

People submit their addresses or dorm and room number. If they live off campus, then you just go to their place knock on the door and give it to the roommate if they're not home.
