Unless you want AXO or tridelt, you pretty much have to be asked personally by a girl that you are friends with in the other houses because they don't need as many girls, so they'll just invite their good friends here and there

Not unless you are personally good friends with one of the girls in the house. You can't just like ask to be in.

All the houses except axo and tri delta will reach out to you. They just take a handful of girls because they have friends in the house. Axo and two delta are awesome though!! Go and give them a chance. They both have amazing sisterhoods

All the chapters except tri delta met quota so they will reach out to you specifically. Since tri delta didn't meet quota and therefore needs lot of girls you can get in contact with them yourself and COB that way
