In no specific order,
SAE- very Orange County, San Diego, and Colorado based house. Guys are extremely "chill" (skater/surfer/stoner boys), great relationship with op sorities but you need to be a specific type of dude to really vibe with them. Solid annexes.
Pi Kapp- Guys from all over, a good middle man from the top 3 between Kappa Sig douchebags and SAE stoners. Also good relations with sororities, throw solid parties and tailgates. Debatably the best annexes.
Kappa Sig- Guys from all over as well, one of the more traditional / Southern style frats. Debatably the best chapter house. Guys are douchebags but if you can relate you'll vibe. Pi Phi loves them, but other than that their sorority relations could be stronger. Mix of cool guys and randoms who are peaking in college. Annexes could be better this year but the castle is open for registers so that works well. Not affiliated with IFC but that's both good and bad.
