What is going on with tri delt?

Not trying to be rude or anything there are just a lot of rumors and I just want to know if anyone knows what is actually going on with them.

There is nothing going on with them. It was probably just another low ranked chapter feeling threatened that they've been getting better. I dont think it hurt them at all though since they seem to have gotten a better PC than last year.

You can say oh it's because of quality over quantity but let's be real tri delt didn't get either. I heard y'all were gonna lose your charter and you're house? Is that true? Cause if it is let's put a frat in there it would be great for parties

It's not true, and even if it was, tri delta nationals would never let a frat in there. Plus no frat here could even afford the property tax on that house

At this rate they aren't going to be able to afford that property any more. They are wayyyy under quota think of how many thousands of dollars in dues they are no longer making. Has to be at least $100,000

Unless you're their finance chair I don't think you have any say inif they're in trouble or not. The house is at full capacity so I think they're good on affording the property
