most and least selective frats?

I'm an incoming freshman and I'm curious which fraternities are the most AND least selective. I don't want to join a house that hands out bids to everyone/anyone – so, which should I avoid?

You should go in with an open mind and see what brotherhood feels right to you. And no houses just hand out bids.

Due to housing situations or ifc, every big house is easier to get into than they were a few years ago

I've heard that phi tau is generally not that selective , but I can't confirm. I'm also pretty sure aepi and acacia take anyone

I've heard that acacia and zbt take almost anyone. Phi tau, Alpha Sig, TKE are probably less selective, but that doesn't mean they aren't worth rushing.
