what houses are on the come up?

What houses are rising, either jumping up a tier or smaller houses that are gaining steam, both frats and sororitys.

For sororities theta passing alpha phi and alpha chi passing g phi. For frats theta xi and sig pi are rising to top tier. Phi tau is rising to middle tier and TKE has tons of potential if they could get a better house.

Theta Xi and Sig PI are moving up the fastest, and for sororities their generally stagnent. Not much changes with their rankings
