discussion- fraternity movement 2016

I wanted to start a discussion post and ask you guys; which fraternities do you think are moving up this year, and which do you think are moving down? My opinion is:

upper half:
Sig Nu is definitely moving down. They weren't that cool to begin with, and now they're on social probation until 2017 and can't have Formal for a year which will hurt them badly.

Theta xi is moving up, which a lot of you have already said and i'm sure you'll agree with. Their parties are great and have a lot of great guys, have gained a lot of clout this past year.

lower half: hard to say who's moving down in this category. Maybe Alpha Sig due to the fact that they had a lot of hype to move up during the beginning of last year, but didn't really pull through on that. They had a few parties first semester, but next to none second semester. Their pledge classes last year were decent, but nothing incredible in my opinion. Again, hard for me to say exactly whos moving down in this category, thats why I want to hear your opinions.

tke is moving up in the lower tier. Their house is junk, but they've got a nice annex on the south side of the hill for this year. Perfect freshmen and sophomore territory which may help their recruitment coming up. Both fall and spring pledge classes from this year have a lot of good guys that will help them improve in the future. If they can get good rush classes this year and find a better main house for next year, they'll move up.
