1. Pi Phi- The hot southern California girls that love to party. Every year during recruitment there is rumors that they can’t have events, then they end up having the most
2. DG - Really pretty girls, very involved in the Greek Life, philanthropy, and all around very genuine and good hearted. They are very into their grades and schoolwork. The only issue is the freshmen pledge class was cliquey
Upper Middle
3. Chi O- Used to be the top house. They’ve been going down every year. Still genuine, cool girls. All the pledge classes are very different and they ban the weird girls in their sorority from recruitment
4. Alpha Phi - All the girls are very hot but they lack sisterhood and personality, buys all their instagram followers and only care about what other people think. Loves to self rank on this website tho!
Middle
5. Kappa - Moving up in the ranks, they recruited great girls last year. But, the majority of the new pledge class are people that got dropped for grades from other houses. Then the majority of the new pledge class dropped.
6. Theta- Killed songfest and greek week this year, potentially a threat to other sororities because they are moving up really fast.
7. Gamma Phi Beta - Have a few good girls, but they are mostly weird people. Don’t have the best retention rate either, always have to COB in the spring. Great location on the hill though

8. Alpha Chi Omega - lots of good girls in this house
9. TriDelt - never met one

Axo and ddd are the only ones who did spring recruitment. Most other houses who were below the number of members that panhel set did cob, which is invitation only recruitment. Chi o, a phi, dg, theta, kappa do cob every year

I have to disagree with that^^ A Phi definitley has the worst retention rates due to the fact that they're so fake during recruitment. Girls join thinking it will be one way, then they find out the entire house is just fake and cliquey, so they drop. Pi Phi actually has one of the better retention rates, along with DG. And I'd have to say that G Phi doesn't have too bad of a retention rate, definitley not the best but not the worst.
