frat rush guide

Acacia - Lots of freshman will come here at the start of the year because they let everyone in, but as soon as they find out how much cooler the other frats are this place becomes irrelevant
Alpha sig - IFC teachers pet
Chi psi - Best sorority in the IFC
Kappa Sig - Castle parties are great and all but they aren't on IFC which doesn't matter too much but it hurts their numbers during rush, also they lost the jungle
Pi kapp - Generally considered to be top house. Great annexes, great parties, great frat
Phi psi - Have some of the wildest parties in boco but they for sure have some sketch brothers. Also have the worst gpa of any frat
Phi Tau - Cool house, average parties, weird brothers
SAE - Lots of cali guys. They throw some great parties. Have three small houses all right next to each other but they manage to make it work. Top tier solid frat.
Sig pi - Amazing chapter house, nicest one on the hill along with chi psi. Prob my favorite place to party. They are off the IFC but this is irrelevant to them because they still throw some of the craziest parties on the hill
Sig nu - Have an entire block to themselves and they do nothing with it. Freshman: don't be fooled by appearances
Tke - Brothers I've met seem really chill but their house is a big turn off. Don't know too much about them but worth checking out
