top frat at cu right now

Going to be a freshman in the fall and wanted to know what the top frats are right now just so I have some direction.

Go everywhere to figure out what's best for you and who you mesh with. I'd rather be in a smaller house where people like me than a big one where they don't.

I think SAE, pikapp, ksig, sig pi, theta xi, and phi psi are all doing really well for themselves right now. All of those houses have way different vibes so make sure you look at all of them to find where you fit in

Just find a house you feel comfortable in, but for the most part I'd say these are accurate tiers.
