why are pi phi and dg considered top?

why are these houses considered top? what makes a house become a top house?
i want to know if i will fit in with either

I'm still struggling to figure out why DG is too. Out of all the sorority girls I've ever talked to the weirdest ones are all DG. Ive personally found less weird and prettier girls is tri delt than DG. Yeah they have decent involvement but it's just the same as any other chapter here. I'm my opinion DG is nothing special

dont desperately try to alter yourself for any of the houses here. Find a home, not a group of people who are washed up homecoming queens. Trust me on this.
