Pi Beta Phi - ΠΒΦ Sorority at University of Colorado Boulder - UCB 1.6 to below...yes the house is not easy to get to, but for me the girls have too much drama. Lower to middle tier...what higher but not in 2012.

Pi Beta Phi - ΠΒΦ Sorority at University of Colorado Boulder - UCB 3.6 Pi Phi definitely creeped up from just a middle house into being a top tier house. Great group of girls who are all really sweet and down-to-earth; really fun to hang out with. House is kinda inconvenient to get to is the only thing, so I understand why they don't have many events. Don't have a huge campus presence, but solid group of girls who get along well and are really nice. Good work girls!
