Pi Beta Phi - ΠΒΦ Sorority at University of Colorado Boulder - UCB 3.0 I don't quite know what to think of PiPhi. They're still considered top tier, but they're coming down and everyone knows it. The girls I met in PiPhi were hard to keep conversations with. I've met PiPhis from other schools and loved them, so I assumed here would be the same, but it's not. It's clear that something's off about the house. I don't know if it's sisterhood or a lack of quality girls that are more than their exterior, but something has to change. If not... Middle tier or lower.
