Definitely consistently one the hottest, more selective and most popular houses every year, but extremely fake, rude to each other and cliquey once your in the house. Will always be top tier because of their looks and party vibes. Most of these girls are future stay at home trophy wives.

Best house at cu and always has been. Anyone rushing this is the house you want to be in. Warning though they are very selective during rush! Their house is also amazing!
