Theta Xi - ΘΞ Fraternity at University of Colorado Boulder - UCB 2.0 Here's what I hear/see: not much more than an extreme sports fraternity with decent brotherhood. It's cool, but to me seems more like a club. Not enough to be a top house.

Theta Xi - ΘΞ Fraternity at University of Colorado Boulder - UCB 3.4 Theta Xi sometimes gets labeled as bottom tier but they don't deserve to be grouped with the other lower tier houses! they actually have a good amount of good looking guys, who are really fun, chill and nice! they are NOT weirdos like the other bottom tiered houses. (on a side not they got a few really hot pledges). may not be as of a traditional frat scene as k sig, sae, sig pi etc., but id say they're somewhat comparable to sig nu.
