Theta Xi - ΘΞ Fraternity at University of Colorado Boulder - UCB 2.4 Top 3? Lol no. Nice guys, and they have a house which is more than pi kappa or SAE can say haha. Not even close to Kappa Sig or Pi Kapp in terms of popularity, campus presence, parties, or relationships with sororities.
