Theta Xi - ΘΞ Fraternity at University of Colorado Boulder - UCB 4.0 A lot of chill, nice kids. Not that good looking but some of them are hot and fun. It's really hit or miss here, some guys get creepy and don't really know how to talk to girls. in a good middle tier place right now for sure.
