Sigma Pi - ΣΠ Fraternity at University of Colorado Boulder - UCB 3.0 Sucks that they got shut down (? i don't really know how else to explain it), but hopefully they can start again soon. As of now, they're kind of stuck where they are. Absolutely GORGEOUS house.

Sigma Pi - ΣΠ Fraternity at University of Colorado Boulder - UCB 1.0 All of the top tier ranks are made by Sig Pi's themself. It is an incredibly desperate attempt to get kids to rush their house. I know 3 sig pi's and they are all incredibly weird kids who got dropped from the first houses they rushed

Sigma Pi - ΣΠ Fraternity at University of Colorado Boulder - UCB 1.0 Lot of self ranking here. There brotherhood has been cut to near nothing by nationals and haven't been able to have a party basically all year. Still no longer apart of IFC and won't be for sometime. At the bottom after all of this, still have their house, which will help if they put in the effort

Sigma Pi - ΣΠ Fraternity at University of Colorado Boulder - UCB 3.6 Middle tier now, used to be top last year. They have a chance to get back to where they were though if they play it smart once they're wet in the fall

Sigma Pi - ΣΠ Fraternity at University of Colorado Boulder - UCB 4.2 Was always a top tier fraternity but has had some struggles in the past year or so. Looks like they will be back next year and part of the top 3 at CU. With a house like that and a 5 year lease there is no way they won't be raging next semester. Also, with Pi Kapp losing their house to Theta Xi the Sigma Pis will own the top of the hill. I expect good things from these guys.

Was always a top tier fraternity but has had some struggles in the past year or so. Looks like they will be back next year and part of the top 3 at CU. With a house like that and a 5 year lease there is no way they won't be raging next semester. Also, with Pi Kapp losing their house to Theta Xi the Sigma Pis will own the top of the hill. NEW ON GREEKRANK

Sigma Pi - ΣΠ Fraternity at University of Colorado Boulder - UCB 4.4 They've had their struggles over the past year but managed to keep the house and signed a lease for 5 years, and even thou they are not part of the IFC they managed to get a pretty strong class of 24 this spring. it all depends on how everything goes next fall but they should be back strong. Honest ranking from another fraternity member. I think they are up to 60 members now

Sigma Pi - ΣΠ Fraternity at University of Colorado Boulder - UCB 2.0 Used to be a powerhouse, but they're kicked out now. They had their own little rush even though they're not in IFC, but they're the lowest of the low now. Only a handful of members left and whole rush class of 5 kids sucked
