I hope someone in EN reads this: Only been to a few of their parties, had to put top tier because they have a nice house, you should be top house with that house u have but because you guys are a bunch of bouchedags nobody respects you. My dorm friends and I tried to go a few times this year but they never let us in with my guy friend (who I always tell them I have there to make sure we're safe), giving off hella creep vibes. They acted like my friends and I should be honored to be allowed in, which is probably why they're not as popular as they could be.

Top tier because of their house, money, and looks. Ranked poorly on here because their parties are too exclusive (which does say something about the guys who are brothers) but if you can get an invite the parties are fun. Snu Globe was great until it got shut down. . .

I hope u guys read these cuz u need to see them. Sig Nu has some of the worst brothers at CU. There’s a reason why they have one of then best houses in the nation and still arent considered top. I hope yall see this and realize u need a serious turn for the better if u want to be considered relevant here still

CU’s sugardaddy training program. Largest fraternity property in the country, yet somehow not a top house. Their hot tub works sometimes tho, so thats worth taking the bid right?

sorry guys but your house might as well be an annex because you never use it... very glad i didnt take the bid, sorry guys but paying 1600 a semester for 3 parties and guys that don't know eachothers names isn't in my gameplan... literally 20 kids during rush didn't know their brothers name
