This house easily has the nicest property on the entire campus. Really cute pledge class and I can tell their brotherhood is different than any other in boulder. Their Halloween party was the best frat party ive been to all year. This house is clearly one of the best fraternity options at CU.

Definition of brotherhood. Off probation now apparently and throw down hard. Tons of very fine ladies and a sick property. Their Xmas party this Friday is going to be dope. Such sweet boys. Great parties and fun to just hang out with. They have made huge strides from where they were last year. All my sisters and I will definitely be spending more time with them in the future.

These guys are great! Spent a lot of time with them this past semester when they had us over for Kappa Tuesdays and had a blast! Their parties are the best because you actually have a place to listen to good music and dance in their basement. The brothers always have great drinks in their rooms. Can't wait for their first party I think they are doing a neon one in a week or so!
